VoIP Option

With the Voice over IP technology, a simple network connection is enough to broadcast your alarms. No phone lines nor modems are needed anymore.
To be able to run, a connection to a SIP server is necessary. This must be compatible with the following specifications:

  • ​SIP protocol supported : RFC 3261
  • Supported auto formats: G711 Mu Law and G711 A law
  • DTMF management: RFC 2833, SIP INFO

Par défaut, la solution Alert vous permet d’effectuer 2 appels simultanés en VoIP (protocole SIP). Avec l’option VoIP, vous pouvez étendre la limitation au-delà de 2 appels en simultanés.
