API

It is essential to activate the API plugin in Alert by going to Configuration -> Plugins -> Configuration :

To add a plugin, click on ‘Add’:

Once you have selected ‘AlertApi’, click ‘OK’. You will then be redirected to the interface where the API plugin will be added and made available.

At the end of the process, you should arrive at the API plugin interface, where you can configure its parameters and access its specific functions.

Web Services

You need to check with IIS (Internet Information Services) that you have these three elements:

• Alert
• AlertWs

• aspnet_client

Alert & AlertWs

If the ‘Alert’ and ‘AlertWs’ components are not present, it is necessary to launch the Alert installation and select ‘AlertWeb’ in the initial configuration.
