AlertWeb : login problem with error code 33 🔒
When you try to connect with AlertWeb to Alert, you got the error 33. It can arrive when the AlertX.exe process isn't running in the correct Windows context.
To solve this issue, process as follow:
1. Stop the process AlertX.exe from the task manager.
- Run the task manager (with the key CTRL + SHIFT + ESCAPE or with the command run + taskmgr).
- Select the process AlertX.exe (1).
- Click on the button End task (2).
2. Restart the web site AlertWeb
- Run IIS : Control Panel->Administrative tools->Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- Select the site Default Web Site (1) and on the right select the menu Restart (2).
