Driver Exchange: Common issues

This part will help you deal with common issues you may encounter with the Exchange driver.

Error message : "Can't load the module c:\mmi\alert\exchange.dll"
To fix this problem you have to check the following :

1. Check that the dll exchange.dll is in the Alert directory
2. Check that the framework 3.5 is correctly installed
3. Check that the distribuables C++ 2008 32 bits are installed. You can find them on our DVD / USB Key in Redist\VCRedist\VC2008\vcredist_x86.exe
