FX30 Modem : Retrieving application logs

 

Please note that the FX30 application logs are reset each time the modem is rebooted (electrical or software). If a problem arises, be sure to perform this recovery before any restart.

 

The recovery of FX30 modem application logs is done with  Siwiupdate :

  1. Connect to the modem via the Ethernet interface
  2. Go to the "Modem properties" tab
  3. Look in the list for the entry "Legato Applications" right-click on it and click on the "Download logs" button

In the new window:

  1. choose destination folder
  2. Choose the file name (put LogsFX30 and the name of the company preferably)
  3. Click on "save"

A new file with the specified name then appears in the chosen folder.
