AlertMobile Howto: Preferences tab

​This tab is used to customize or configure how certain aspects of AlertMobile function. Customizing AlertMobile also includes the possibility of defining Restrictions, as described in the next section.

 Exporting / importing.

  1. Change the dial number and obtain the registration ID.
  2. Special features launched on phone startup.
  3. Create or manage the ALERT server and select the type of connection.
  4. Notification settings, SMS management and Wi-Fi port modifications.
  5. Parameters for resetting and acknowledging alarms.
  6. Select the sound for new notifications.
  7. Display the options for alarm priorities.
  8. User available / off-duty? (information. processed in the on-call schedules).
  9. Lone worker protection feature, for setting the time before an alarm is sent to ALERT if the phone stops moving.
  10. For managing restrictions in the AlertMobile app interface, such as to prevent users from exiting the app.
